Old House, New House; Big House, Small House

I NEEEEEED My big house to sell. Here's an updated picture of my townhouse, it is coming along, but the old house seems to want to stay with me. I am ready to unload it though. The new realtor had an open house last weekend and there will be one both Saturday and Sunday this week. That's good news. The bad news is that they want to lower the price again...as if lowering it $33K wasnt hard enough as it was!!!!!!!! I dont know how I feel about that though.

So, here's my townhouse...the townie we will call it. It has tile, cabinets, electricity...GOOOD! I may just lose my house. Love that. (Sarcasm should be understood here).
