The Dreamer Asks: Dude, What's Up With The Shocker??

It has come to my attention that in several pictures I have been in or taken lately, the shocker sign has been tossed up. Now, this blog is not a sexual education lession. This is a matter of there are some sickos out there who throw up the sign. My brother, JD...people I love but are still ill! :). The first picture has at least 3 visible shockers. Girls, guys...whoever...it is the current peace sign...but nasty. So anyway, what's the deal!

Now, the second picture is from Father's Day. It is sweet, innocent baby brother. Throwing up a shocker. This is the same symbol that was painted on the water tower for the Nease High School senior prank. So, now, my mother...sweet mother teresa like mother, has asked what that means. And, friends, I told her. As horrified as she was, she needed to know. It is a staple of candid pictures at least in my ring of friends.

Finally, the shocker has hit the commercial circuit. This dang foam shocker fingers set is insane. Where would you wave that crap?? Would you go to a Braves game and do the tomahawk chop with it? Would you go to a gator game and do the Gator Chomp with it? Do longhorns fans wave that around as a close representation of the Hook Em sign? I think not! Little kids would be like, "Daddy, What does that mean? That doesnt look like my #1 finger!" OR, do smartasses bring it to the bedroom to cheer on the event and suggest what shocker they want to bring out? Doubtful, though I wouldnt put it past some people...my man even to tell you the truth. BUT, like I said, this isnt sex ed. It is a shocker blog.

So, anyway, shockers here and there. Interesting. Some things are just seen and blown off, but seriously...what it represents...little gross:). NOT that I have never tossed a shocker in a pic, but I have had at least a glass of whisky first! :). OK...enough of that...
